On 22-23 September, the Ganpati Bappa Morya, Ganesh Festival 2023 took place at the ITCC, during which 150 students of Thungmahamek School for the Deaf were supported with food supplies. Over 50 artists from the Hindusthan Arts & Music Society Kolkata and students from Rangsit University put together a grand cultural programme at the opening ceremony, which all the guests agreed was a vibrant celebration of the occasion.

On 2 April, the Thailand Ladies Wing of the Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) gathered participants to Chatuchak Park to partake in the JITO Ahimsa Run, a run for peace and non-violence. This was part of an initiative to set a Guinness World Record, with 90 cities and 23 countries. Runners completed a 3k, 6k, or 9k run.

The 27th Thai Sikh Run 2003 saw over 1900 participants racing their way through 5, 10 and 21.1 kilometre tracks, with many from the Thai-Indian community and international community in attendance. The event was graced by the Bangkok governor, Chadchart Sittipunt as the chief guest of honour who also participated in the run. Food stalls put up by the Sikh community were enjoyed thoroughly by attendees after the run. Congratulations to Panatchakorn Wittayaprapharat and Takako Fukuda for acing the 10 Km track, and to Narongchai Sookthong and Nopchaya Handittagul for wining the 21.2 Km race.
